Elaine is from Ocean City, Maryland. Her 40 year career in the Automotive Industry originally began from a temp job. In her free time, she enjoys being with her grandson.

Austin Mills  has over 17 years of automotive experience. Austin has worked in his current role as Porsche Parts Manager for the past 5 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and customer experience to Porsche Jacksonville. In his free time, Austin enjoys coaching his children's various sports teams and spending time with his family.

Jennifer lived in Charlotte, North Carolina before moving to St. Augustine in 2018. She has spent 15 years building her career in the automotive industry. When not at work, Jennifer can be found shopping, reading a good book at the beach, or hanging out with her friends and family.

Jessica was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her experience in the automotive industry includes; vehicle appraisals, lease end options, warranty/after market options, and sales. In her free time, she continues her education while trying to find time to spend on family, friends, and travel.

Amy joined Porsche Jacksonville in August of 2012. Amy has traveled extensively and loves meeting Porsche customers from all over the world. Amy brings a smiling face and an eagerness to please with her everywhere she goes. Amy is a proud mother and grandmother, and loves spending time with both when she's not at work.

Stan Totman is a long time Porsche Jacksonville employee and dedicated Porsche fan. Stan's Porsche involvement dates back to the Peter Gregg championship-winning IMSA race days of the 1970's. He's still an avid fan and the perfect person to ensure that your Porsche is prepared to the highest standards.

Bill has been a member of the Porsche Jacksonville team since 2003 when he re-located from Atlantic City, New Jersey. This continued a career with Porsche that began in the late 1980's.  He offers a wealth of experience and knowledge to the dealership and his clients. Bill is a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador and is able to offer his clients a wealth of advice and insight as they purchase vehicles, and as they enjoy them as owners. Bill is a true Porsche enthusiast and enjoys owning Porsches as much as he does selling them. As an active member of the Florida Crown Region of the Porsche Club of America, you'll often find him at events or socials. Outside of Porsche, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and working on his sailboat.

Hall has represented Porsche since 1999 and has been a member of the Porsche Jacksonville team since moving to Florida with his wife in 2012. His salesmanship makes for a delightful Porsche buying experience and his commitment to customers is second to none. In addition to Hall's extensive Porsche experience and knowledge, he is also a member of the Personalization Initiative Program. Hall's participation in the Personalization Initiative ensures he can help tailor your new Porsche to be the car of your dreams. Hall is also a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador and achieved recognition of being one of the top 100 Porsche sales associates in the world in 2016. When not at work, Hall enjoys driving his own Porsche and spending time with his wife.

Chad started his career as a Porsche Sales Consultant in North Carolina in 2005 and relocated to Jacksonville to work at Porsche Jacksonville in 2014.  In addition to Chad's vast Porsche experience and knowledge, he has earned the status of Porsche Brand Ambassador and won the regional round of the 2017 National Walk-Around Challenge. Chad was one of only 15 Porsche sales associates to advance to that level. He also participates in Porsche's Personalization Initiative Program. This Exclusive Manufaktur training provides Chad with the knowledge and skills to assist his clients in custom tailoring their dream Porsche. In his free time, Chad enjoys high performance driving, endurance racing and instructing. One of his great joys is coaching teenage drivers in teen street survival program.

Carl came to Porsche Jacksonville after a long career in medical sales. Carl made the transition to automotive sales in 2015 and he has since fallen in love with the business. Carl thoroughly enjoys helping clients find the car of their dreams. His Marine Corps background gives Carl the discipline and focus to provide an exceptional car buying experience. Carl is a dedicated family man that mentors Jacksonville youth through his men's boutique. When not working or volunteering, Carl enjoys University of Alabama sports and spending time with his family.

Christian started with Porsche Jacksonville as a Product Specialist in 2016 before quickly earning his status as a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador. He soon became one of our top salesmen through dedication, passion, and his endless product knowledge. He is an FIU graduate, Jacksonville native, and coffee enthusiast. Chris has been with Fields for 2 years. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Miami University, Oxford, OH. He Designed, built, owned and operated fitness centers in the Greater Pittsburgh area for over 25 yrs. Chris enjoys fine design and nice cars so transitioning into sales with Porsche seemed like a positive move. He aims to increase sales by continually learning the Porsche Design philosophy while collaborating with new and existing customers. In his free time he enjoys working out, also taking advantage of outdoor activities afforded by the coastal lifestyle here.

Charles began his career at Porsche Jacksonville in 1999 as a Porsche Certified Technician. He eventually transitioned into his current role as a Porsche Certified Service Advisor. Charles's technical background and in-depth Porsche knowledge serve to enhance the customer experience for his clients. Among other achievements, Charles earned recognition as a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador. His hobbies include fishing, and all things motorsport.

Jennifer began her career in the automotive industry in 2003 with Lexus. She worked in a variety of positions beginning as Cashier and ultimately becoming a Master Certified Service Advisor. Jennifer brought her luxury car experience and knowledge with her when she joined Porsche Jacksonville as a service advisor in 2010. Jennifer has achieved a lot in her time with Porsche and is recognized as a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador. Jennifer is driven everyday to provide her clients with an exceptional experience. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys home improvement projects and watching her daughter's soccer games.

Marguerite joined Porsche Jacksonville in March 2015. A native of Boston Massachusetts, Marguerite relocated to Jacksonville to be with family.  Marguerite brings her easy smile and focus on customer satisfaction with her everyday.

Dr. Trainer has been a Porsche Valet since 2018. However, his Porsche Passion began long before with the purchase of his 911 in 1994. He has also been an official Florida Crown Region PCA member since 2001. Dr. Trainer even spent time as a Porsche State Region instructor at Road Atlanta in the 90s and has been recognized many times for his work in academic administration. You just may be lucky enough to hitch a ride with Dr. Trainer.

Thanks to an early start to his automotive career, Mitch now boasts an astounding 24+ years worth of experience in the industry. He grew up on the East Coast, where he attended BCIT West Hamptons for his technical education. In Mitch's free time he enjoys participating in motocross, riding motorcycles, and working on one of his many cars.

Nathan Nelson is one of our most decorated technicians. Joining Brumos Porsche in September 2000, Nathan has now been here over 20 years and was recently recognized by Porsche Cars North America for such an achievement. Nathan has earned his Gold Meister certification, the highest level awarded by Porsche. He has also earned his High Voltage and Diesel certifications for servicing Porsche's Hybrid and Diesel models.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Daniel moved to Jacksonville after completing Porsche's technology Apprenticeship Program. He uses his passion for cars to provide top notch service on every customer's vehicle.

Sergio was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, and like many enthusiasts, learned to love Porsches at a young age. His father drove a 1986 911, so he experienced the benefits of Porsche ownership first-hand. After completing the Porsche Technology Apprenticeship Program, Sergio hopes one day to be known for his expertise with Porsches. He is happy to be working toward that goal at Fields Porsche.

Cody was a pharmacy technician, dreaming of working on supercars, when he when he saw a pop up ad for Universal Technical Institute.. the rest is history! He has been one of our trusted technicians for over 3 years and upholds the highest of industry standards. Find Cody fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Tyler has always loved cars and racing. He went to the Nascar Technical Institute before finding his role here at Porsche Jacksonville. Tyler looks forward to becoming a Gold Certified Technician one day. He is a great asset to our team.

Wilson moved here from Puerto Rico and has been working for Fields for about a year and a half. He started as a Mercedez-Benz technician and soon found himself with an opportunity to move to Porsche. Wilson is passionate about his motorcycle, his family, and one day becoming a Porsche Gold Technician.

Caleb was born and raised in Jacksonville where his childhood was filled with air-cooled Porsches and Brumos Racing. After high school, Caleb's uncle, who was a 20 year BMW Master Technician, took him under his wing. Five years of hard work later, Caleb began his career here at Porsche Jacksonville.

Jordan began his career in the car industry 11 years ago as a tire changer before becoming a Porsche Tech in 2013. He joined our team in 2021 and has since strived to perfect his vehicle turnaround times in efforts to create the best service experience possible for our guests. He enjoys spending time with his children and running.

Alden is from Fairfax, Virgina. His dad owned a Porsche which captured his interest as a kid and led him to begin his career with Porsche in 2006. Since then, he has experienced working as a Service Advisor, Restoration Project Manager, Shop Foreman, and even owned his own Porsche shop in California for 8 years. He finds being a technician the most rewarding and looks forward to rounding out his skill set even further. Our Classic Team is especially excited for Alden to join us. When not in the shop, Alden can be found hanging out with the local PCA, riding motorcycles, or camping.  

Sterling left his job in healthcare and started over. With the help of some good friends, he heard about an opportunity at Porsche Jacksonville. He started with Fields earlier this year and is loving his new role as a Porsche Technician. He strives to be Gold Certified one day.

Tim recently joined our team and has over 5 years experience in the automotive field. Before beginning this journey, he served 10 years in the active duty army as an apache helicopter mechanic and a combat medic. He spends his free time with his wife, Hope, and 3 daughters; Sara, Daisy, and Lilly

Jamie has been in his position with Porsche Jacksonville for over 15 years. During that time, he has developed an extensive knowledge of Porsche vehicles and parts. Jamie also is instrumental in planning and executing our annual swap meet and concours that is hosted at the dealership by the Florida Crown Region of the PCA. When not at work, Jamie enjoys working on his drum playing and spending time with his family. 

Ray grew up in Florida where he spent his time mountain biking his way through different forest trails. After working in retail sales and customer service, Ray found a place at Porsche where he could begin a career and continue his passion of working with people. Bryan spent his childhood between New York and Florida. He was young when he discovered his passion for Porsche - sparked by the 73 911. Bryan joined us in Shipping/Receiving Parts when he moved back to Jacksonville from Nashville, TN. He was working at a performance shop with a verity of automobile manufacturers. When away from our Parts Department, he is spending time with his wife and family.
